If you experience an equipment breakdown or any other issue during your shift, there are a few options:
1.) Call 1-888-538-9990 and press 3 to reach the after hours line. If there is no answer, please leave a voicemail message. Be sure to include your name, store location and a brief description of the issue. A technician will return your call as soon as possible. -OR-
2.) Post a message in the Swept app. Be sure to post within your location. -OR-
3.) Complete an online Work Order: https://forms.gle/b8rHkcUQ2guo61jR9
If a problem arises with your equipment, please ensure that the debris on floor is removed and mopping and buffing is still completed (if possible). If this takes more time, you will be compensated.
Inventory must be submitted on the 1st of each month. The employee scheduled to work on the 1st of the month is responsible for submitting the inventory. If the 1st falls on a holiday, the employee scheduled to work on the 2nd will submit the inventory.
SWEPT USERS: Sign in to your location and click "Supplies." Fill out the "Remaining" and "Needed" fields.

Password-protected pay stubs are issued by email on the Wednesday before pay day.
Your password consists of the following:
The Middle 3 digits of your Social Insurance Number + the 2 digits of your birth month + the 4 digits of your birth year.
For example: If your SIN # is 123 456 789 and your birth date is 08 28 1980, your E stub password would be 456081980.
Your password will be the same for EVERY pay stub and T4.
The air filters on the burnishers (buffers) need to be cleaned on a daily basis.
The dripping water will not damage the machine.
