I'm in need of a maintenance provider. Do I have to supply my own equipment?
No. We supply all equipment and materials (and chemicals, if required). If you prefer that we use your equipment and supplies, just let us know!
What types of flooring do you service?
We specialize in VCT tile flooring, concrete, laminate, vinyl, ceramic and terrazzo.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes! Insurance is critical to protect the client, contractors and staff. We carry $5 million liability insurance and $2 million commercial auto insurance, along with Workers’ Compensation to cover our employees in the event of an injury.

Do you hire international students and employees?
Unfortunately, unless you are a permanent resident of Canada, we are unable to consider you for a position. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada in order to apply for a position with our company.
Do you provide work apparel for employees?
Yes. All employees are provided with work shirts. Seasonal items such as hats, jackets, and sweaters may also be available, depending on inventory and need.
